Modern residence! Very professional property management service! Very quiet neighbourhood...other than for the odd dog barking in the area, which I understand is common in Madeira. The bare necessities were there (bathroom/dishwashing stuff and cleaning essentials). Plenty of towels, even for pool. Comfortable beds. Nice multiple bathrooms. Great seating options outside (beach long chairs). Nice welcome package, with a Madeira wine and some sweets. Thank you for a memorable stay! |

We had a few hiccups with the heating system, in unusually cold nights in March...but MHM was responsive and professional in getting it addressed. In the end, they offered us fair compensation for the trouble.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort de la maison, elle est très spacieuse, ses literies, et chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. Emplacement pour garer 2 voitures, plus sécurisé vu le quartier avec des rues aux pentes vertigineuses!! Le quasee more

Emplacement pour garer 2 voitures, plus sécurisé vu le quartier avec des rues aux pentes vertigineuses!! Le quartier est calme. Petite salle de jeux pour les enfants avec baby-foot et fléchettes pour ceux qui apprécient. La proximité avec la boulangerie est un vrai plus aussi (200 m!)
La vue est tout simplement magnifique de jour comme de nuit. Un grand merci à toute l équipe qui était au petit soin et très réactive ! |

Sehr schöne Villa über der Bucht von Funchal, der Ausblick könnte besser nicht sein. Die Villa ist neu und zeigt keine Gebrauchsspuren. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück - die Zufahrt ist insgesamt aufgrund der engen Straßenverhältnisse etwas erschwert, aber machbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Allerdings würde ich max. mit 6 Personen buchen, da der Esstisch z.B. nur Platz für 6 Personen bietet und ein Schlafzimmer/Bad ohne Tageslicht ist. Sehr schöner beheizbarer Pool.
